MagnaCut usually shows up on knives well north of $300, and Heretic put it on a folder starting at $199. The way they got there was the chassis. Glasspack polymer instead of machined aluminum or titanium takes the cost out of the handle and leaves the money in the blade, which is the right place for it if you actually cut things.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eThe Numbers Work Out\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003e3.4 inches of blade at 8.3 inches overall, and 3.8 ounces on the scale. A full size folder that weighs less than four ounces is the difference between a knife you carry and a knife you leave on the dresser.
