Used, a user with honest wear. No fall damage. Has the box.

This is a Benchmade AFO II automatic, satin 154CM on black anodized aluminum. Look the photos over before you buy, this one has been used.

The AFO II is off Benchmade's catalog now, which is the main reason to pay attention. It was built as a duty automatic, not a gentleman's knife, and it weighs 5.8 ounces because of it. Thick aluminum handles, a button lock with an integrated safety, and a blade that fires hard.

154CM is the steel Benchmade built its reputation on before the powder metallurgy era. It sharpens easily, holds a working edge, and does not chip when you put it through something it should not be going through. On a knife meant for actual work that is the right pick.

The safety matters on this one. A button lock auto in a pocket wants a safety, and the AFO II has one built into the handle rather than added on.

Built in Oregon City, Oregon. Backed by Benchmade's lifetime warranty and LifeSharp service, which is worth knowing on a knife that has been carried.

Why This One Stands Out

Discontinued, no longer in Benchmade's catalog

3.56" 154CM satin drop point, flat ground

Button lock automatic with an integrated safety

6061-T6 black anodized aluminum, built heavy on purpose

Lifetime warranty and LifeSharp still apply

Specifications

Condition: Used, a user with honest wear, trade in

Brand: Benchmade

Model: AFO II

SKU: 9051

Blade Length: 3.56"

Overall Length: 8.51"

Closed Length: 4.95"

Blade Steel: 154CM, 58 to 61 HRC

Blade Shape: Drop point, flat grind

Blade Finish: Satin

Edge: Plain

Handle Material: 6061-T6 aluminum, black anodized

Lock Type: Button lock with integrated safety

Deployment: Push button automatic

Weight: 5.80 oz

Pocket Clip: Reversible, tip up or tip down

Includes: Box

Fall Damage: None

Country of Origin: Made in USA (Oregon City, Oregon)

About Benchmade

Benchmade has been building knives in Oregon City, Oregon since 1988.
