Shipping
When will my order ship?
We ship all orders the next business day after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage on all orders of $150 or more. This applies to orders shipping within the contiguous United States. You are more than happy to select a different shipping option, but that will be at your own cost.
What carrier do you use?
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground for standard domestic orders. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
Yes, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. Please note that certain knives may be restricted in your state — it is your responsibility to know and comply with your local laws before ordering. See our Knife Safety and Compliance with Local Laws page for more information.
Do you ship internationally?
We do offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at chris@lonestarknife.com before placing your order so we can confirm availability, shipping costs, and any applicable restrictions for your country.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in unused, original condition with all original packaging and accessories included.
If you take your knife apart, I cannot take it as a return. Refunds are only applied once I get the knife back. If I see obvious wear marks, the knife will either be mailed back or a 20% restocking fee will be assessed, as it is no longer new.
How do I start a return?
Email us at chris@lonestarknife.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll walk you through the process.
What if my item has a manufacturing defect?
Manufacturing defects are handled directly by the manufacturer under their warranty policy. We're happy to help point you in the right direction, just reach out to us and we'll connect you with the appropriate contact for your brand.
Knife Laws & Compliance
Are the knives you sell legal in my state?
Knife laws vary significantly by state, county, and city. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to know and comply with all applicable local laws before purchasing. We strongly encourage you to review our Knife Safety and Compliance with Local Laws page for general guidance.
Order Customization
Can I request left-hand carry or tip-up carry configuration?
Yes! If you have a carry preference such as left-hand carry or tip-up carry, please include a note in the notes field. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on available configurations. Note that not all knives support every carry option.
Payment Options
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also offer flexible payment options through Sezzle and Afterpay, so you can split your purchase into smaller installments at checkout.
