The Benchmade Bugout Vapyr 534BK is not a variation of the Bugout. It is a rethinking of it. Benchmade engineered the Vapyr chassis to be 33% thinner than the standard Bugout handle while delivering a longer cycle life through the AXIS Lock mechanism. The result is the slimmest, lowest-profile Bugout ever produced, built on a black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum chassis with a Taiga Green backspacer and matching thumb stud that add a subtle contrast to the all-black build. The 3.25" CPM-MagnaCut drop point blade carries a black Cerakote finish. At 1.72 oz with a standard carry clip positioned tip-down, the Vapyr is the carry-first version of the Bugout platform.
