The Dharma Platform
The Dharma is Hypercut's automatic folder and the model the shop is best known for. It is a single action out the side design at 7.3 inches overall with a 3.2 inch blade, so it carries like a normal folder and opens with a button press. Dylan machines the parts in house, and the fit between the scales and the blade is where the shop's tolerances show.
CPM S45VN Blade
S45VN is a stainless steel built for edge retention and corrosion resistance, with more toughness than the S30V and S35VN steels it followed. On a tanto profile you get a reinforced tip that holds up to harder use while the straight primary edge stays easy to sharpen.
Green Honeycomb Titanium
The scales on this one are titanium milled in a honeycomb pattern and anodized green. The honeycomb takes weight out of the handle and leaves a texture you can feel without it being rough in pocket. Titanium pivot, backspacer, and clip finish it out.
Made in the USA
Hypercut Manufacturing is Dylan plus two people in Mills River, North Carolina, machining everything in house. Every Dharma is serial numbered, and Hypercut backs them with a warranty and a spa service that will refinish a knife to keep it right.
Why This One Stands Out
The honeycomb milling is the pattern that made people notice the Dharma, and in green anodize it reads very differently from the natural and dragon scale builds. Serial 0235 is one knife, made in North Carolina, and this exact configuration will not repeat.
