The Microtech Ultratech is the benchmark OTF automatic by which most others are measured. The Gen IV represents the latest refinement of a platform that has been in continuous production since 1999. This version runs the T/E tanto edge profile with a stonewash standard finish on M390MK blade steel. The yellow 6061-T6 aluminum handle is clean and immediately identifiable. New to the Gen IV: the Crud Kutter milled switch platform breaks up debris and reduces friction for more reliable deployment and lower maintenance intervals. The Dual-Fuel Drive Train and updated OTF mechanism produce the smoothest Ultratech action Microtech has ever shipped.
