The Microtech UTX-85 is 85 percent the size of the Ultratech, built on the same platform with the same M390MK blade steel, the same Gen IV Dual-Fuel Drive Train, and the same Crud Kutter switch platform. What changes is the footprint. At 7.65" overall with a 3.1" double-edge dagger blade, the UTX-85 carries more discretely and deploys with the same smooth reliability as the full-size knife. Yellow 6061-T6 aluminum handle, milled titanium pocket clip with ceramic balls, stainless glass breaker, stainless Torx hardware. Made in Asheville, North Carolina.
