The Malibu is Pro-Tech's button lock flipper, and this one comes in a purple aluminum handle with a blacked-out wharncliffe blade. It is one of the lighter, more pocket friendly knives Pro-Tech makes.

The 3.3 inch blade is CPM MagnaCut in a black DLC finish with a plain edge, ground as a wharncliffe, so you get a straight edge that is easy to sharpen and good for detail cutting. You flip it open and press the button to close, and all the hardware is finished in black to match the blade.

The Malibu carries light and slim, which makes it an easy everyday knife rather than a duty piece. The purple handle gives it some personality, and the wharncliffe blade is a favorite for people who do a lot of precise cutting.
