The Mosaic Pin Button

Instead of pearl or a plain insert, the button carries a mosaic pin. Mosaic pins are built by bundling rods of different metals into a pattern, fusing them, and slicing the result, so the face of the pin shows a design that runs all the way through rather than sitting on the surface.

On a knife where everything else is black, it is the only thing you look at.

Aluminum Bronze Under Black

The handle is aluminum bronze, weave textured. It is the same material as Custom 004, which wears its bronze openly. This one is dressed down instead, so the weight catches you off guard. Aluminum bronze is noticeably heavier than aluminum, and a black knife that feels like this in the hand is not what people expect.

DLC MagnaCut

MagnaCut gives you edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance without trading any of the three. DLC is a hard carbon coating, so it adds abrasion resistance on top of that rather than just color.

Fifty Made

Pro-Tech produced 50 of Custom 006, and it is the cheapest way into the Pallas custom series. The other two run Chad Nichols damascus and cost twice as much.

Automatic knives are restricted in some places, so check your state and local law before you order.
