The Pro-Tech Mordax is a collaboration between Pro-Tech and Ferrum Forge Knife Works. Ferrum Forge brought one of the most admired custom flipper designs in the industry. Pro-Tech brought the precision manufacturing and the button lock detent system that makes the Mordax's action addictive. The MX106-NEXUS puts the NEXUS milled texture pattern on a black anodized aluminum handle paired with a DLC black MagnaCut drop point blade, all-black hardware, and a DLC deep carry clip throughout. Ball bearing pivot, tuned button lock detent, flipper tab deployment. No springs. Made in Placentia, California.

The NEXUS texture is a distinct geometric milling pattern that provides excellent grip while giving the handle visual character. Against the all-black DLC blade and hardware, the NEXUS texture on black aluminum creates a fully blacked-out build that is both stealthy and tactile. The Mordax's drop point blade has a deep belly and a full useful cutting edge from choil to tip, and MagnaCut holds that edge longer than most alternatives.
