Made One at a Time

These are hand made, so the numbers run close rather than exact. Figure on about a 4 inch blade at roughly 8.5 inches overall, with a handle that gives you a full four finger grip. Grady does the grinding, the handle work, and the finishing himself, which is why no two come out identical.

Sandvik 12C27 Stainless

Most of the Drifters in this batch are carbon steel. This one is not. Sandvik 12C27 is a fine grained stainless that sharpens easily and holds up in wet conditions without the upkeep a carbon blade asks for. If you want a knife you can take fishing or leave in a pack without worrying about it, this is the one to take.

Three Color Burlap Micarta

Burlap micarta is coarser than linen and shows a lot more texture in the layering. Running three colors through it means the contours of the handle expose different bands as they were shaped, so the pattern on this handle exists only on this handle.

Leather Sheath

This one carries in a leather sheath, which breaks in to the knife over time and softens with use.
