Who the Mini Is For

At 4.4 inches this is a pen you carry because you otherwise would not carry one. It fits a coin pocket, a passport wallet, a watch roll, the small slot in a bag where nothing else goes.

In aluminum it is the lightest combination Tactile Turn offers, which is the whole argument for this one over the titanium mini.

The Case for Aluminum

The anodizing holds color rather than wearing through to bare metal, and the price is low enough that you stop worrying about where you set it down. The bolt mechanism is not a cheaper version. It is the same one that goes into the titanium pens.

Made in Texas

Tactile Turn machines everything in Dallas, Texas. Will Hodges started the company turning pens on a lathe and it has stayed a machining operation rather than a brand that outsources.
