This is a Benchmade Bailout, 3.38 inches of CPM-3V tanto on a Grivory handle, and it is one of the original models rather than one of the later variations. It came in like new.
The Bailout was built around weight. Grivory instead of aluminum, a skeletonized liner, and the AXIS lock, which gets it to well under three ounces on a knife with a 3.38 inch blade. That combination is why it became the knife people recommend to anybody who says their pocket knife is too heavy.
CPM-3V on a folder is unusual and it is the Bailout's other distinguishing feature. It is a toughness steel, so the tanto tip holds up to abuse that would chip a harder stainless. Not stainless itself, so keep it dry.
Benchmade has made a lot of Bailouts since, in a lot of steels and colors. This is one of the first.
