This is a Curtiss Custom Knives F3 in the slicer grind, 3 inch MagnaCut blade on a titanium frame. David Curtiss has been building the F3 out of Michigan long enough that it has become the knife people name when they talk about a modern titanium framelock done right.
MagnaCut is the steel that ended a long argument. It gives you edge retention and corrosion resistance at the same time instead of making you pick, which on a knife you actually carry is the whole point. The slicer grind is the thin one, ground for cutting rather than for prying, and it is the version most F3 owners end up preferring.
Three inches of blade on a titanium frame is the size that goes everywhere. Small enough not to alarm anybody, substantial enough that it does not feel like a keychain knife.
