This is a Three Rivers Manufacturing BULLDOG, Rev A, in autumn orange micarta with a 3.2 inch 20CV blade.
Rev A, And Why That Is A Buying Opportunity
TRM revised the BULLDOG and a lot of people fixated on Rev B for the larger thumb cutout. That means a Rev A in great condition trades below what the knife is actually worth. If you can overlook the smaller cutout, this is the value buy in the BULLDOG line, and everything else about the knife is the same.
20CV and Micarta
CPM 20CV is a high vanadium stainless with long edge life and good corrosion resistance. It is the steel TRM built their reputation on. Autumn orange micarta warms up over time and grips harder when your hands are wet, which is what micarta does that G10 does not.
