This is a Zero Tolerance 0350, 3.25 inches of S30V on black G10, with the box.

The 0350 is one of the ZT models people still bring up years after it left the catalog. Assisted opening, a thick blade, and a G10 handle over steel liners, built when Zero Tolerance was making knives that were heavier than they needed to be on purpose. S30V was the premium stainless of that era and it still sharpens and holds an edge like a knife you would buy today.
